The house is located in the centre of Belmonte Piceno with direct access from the main Piazza and at one time was the centre of olive oil production in the village. Part of the house has been recently renovated to a high standard but the majority of the building is now unused. The modernised portion of the house would make an excellent base for working on restoration of the main building. Total floor area is of the region of 1000 sq m. Many rooms have frescoed ceilings and ornate floors and there are is a magnificent reception room with exposed massive wooden support beams.
