Properties must be vacated and the keys handed back to our representatives by 10am on the day of departure. We will consider extending the hours of usage of the property on the day of departure at your request but the revised time to vacate the property must be agreed at the time of booking and a nominal charge may apply.

A weekly servicing, including a change of linen and towels is included in the price. By arrangement, we can also supply basic provisions for your arrival. Should you require a more comprehensive selection of local foods, wines and services then please check here.

Please note that for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, smoking and pets are NOT permitted in Mulberry House.

No Booking is considered final unless a 25% deposit has been paid 8 weeks in advance of the rental and formal confirmation has been received and acknowledged.
